Sweden issued ELO LPs & CD.
Harvest and United Artists Scandinavia issued Vinyl LP's carried the NCB (Nordisk Copyright Bureau) Rights Society for the entire Scandinavia market.

The LPs could have been pressed in various countries like England, Germany, Holland or Sweden. Often on the label it was started "Manufactured in England".
For pressing to be a Swedish issue it needs to have "Made in Sweden", carry the NCB Rights Society and have “SIB-tryck Tumba” printed on the back sleeve of Swedish LP covers. Tumba is a small city outside Stockholm where the covers were printed.
Only two ELO 7" singles were made/issued in Sweden.

Out of the Blue was the last studio LP to be "Manufactured in England" / Made in Sweden and carry the NCB Rights Society info. After May 1978 the CBS issued albums were pressed/manufactured in Holland or the UK LPs and were imported without any changes to Cat Numbers, Artist Rights or label designs.

Until 2000 when a "The Swedish Collection" was issued, this was a re-brand of the UK/Europe issued "Light Years" double CD.

ELO were now signed to Warner Brothers Records (WB).
In the early 1970's ELO were not very popular in Europe. It is likely that WB did not press any Swedish issues and instead imported UK / Holland / German copies.

It was not until 1977 that United Artists pressed and issued Swedish copies with their UAG re-issues series.

Notes
Face The Music was issued in a Polydor sleeve made in Europe, but it did not erase the US Copyright sentence in full.

So you could read the original USA text, “Printed in USA” on it.
This was made possible in the Netherlands, because the Dutch Face The Music Gatefold edition has also not erased USA sentence on the back cover.

This version was a generic Scandinavian issued LP, Made In Germany with a Made in Europe Polydor Inner Sleeve with printed lyrics & band photo.

There is also a pressing that has a country code of "710" marked in the run-out groove which, according to:- http://www.7tt77.co.uk/matrix_numbers.html suggests it may have been manufactured in Norway. - Credit to Howard Critchley for this info.

To a certain point, it was now nonessential in which county the LP, or CD was made and/or the sleeve was printed as most of the ELO releases were planned for the whole EU-market. (with the exception of some larger EU countries like German and Spain.)

See Holland/European Discography HERE

Record shops would watch for every European release, and so you could buy several releases from other EU Countries in your country.
